Every project is different, but the way we manage the work is straightforward. We agree what is required, establish the cost and programme, manage the construction and complete the necessary checks before handover.

We visit the property, discuss the work and review the practical and technical requirements.

Where drawings, structural design, planning permission or building control approval are required, these are dealt with before the relevant construction work begins.

QUOTATION AND PROGRAMME
We prepare a written scope of work, pricing and proposed construction programme so the basis of the job is clear before work starts.

CONSTRUCTION
The work is managed on site, with the relevant trades scheduled in the correct sequence and progress communicated throughout the project.
