We build rear, side, wraparound, single storey and double storey extensions, as well as new homes, garden rooms and outbuildings. Our work can include foundations, structural steel, masonry, roofing, insulation, glazing and the associated internal works. We can build from drawings supplied by your architect or help coordinate the design and engineering where required. Before work starts, we provide a clear written scope and agreed price.

We carry out complete property refurbishments as well as individual rooms and specific areas of a building. This includes houses, flats, period properties and houses in multiple occupation. We can manage the work from the initial strip out through to the final finishes. We coordinate the programme, trades and waste removal and provide a written schedule before work begins.

We carry out structural alterations including the removal of load bearing walls, installation of steel beams and frames, new openings, lintels, padstones, chimney breast removal and underpinning. Work is completed to the structural engineer's design and in accordance with the relevant building control requirements. We can work with your existing engineer or help arrange the structural design for the project.

We convert lofts, garages, basements and cellars into practical living or working space. We also alter existing layouts to create larger rooms and open plan spaces. Depending on the project, the work can include structural alterations, insulation, flooring, walls, ceilings, stairs, rooflights, dormers, fire protection, electrical work, plumbing and complete internal finishing.

We install kitchens, bathrooms, en suites, cloakrooms and wet rooms. We can manage the complete job, including removal of the existing fittings, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, installation and decoration. If you have already purchased your kitchen or bathroom, we can provide installation only. Gas and electrical work is carried out by suitably qualified specialists, with certification provided where required.

We carry out domestic and commercial electrical work, including full and partial rewiring, consumer unit replacement, additional circuits, lighting, sockets, EV charging points and fault finding. We also carry out electrical installation condition reports for landlords and can complete agreed remedial work identified during the inspection. For larger projects, we undertake sub mains, containment and associated electrical installation work. Electrical work is inspected, tested and certified in accordance with BS 7671 where applicable.

We install and replace boilers, cylinders, radiators, pipework and complete heating systems. Our work also includes wet underfloor heating, kitchen and bathroom plumbing, leak investigation and mechanical ventilation. Systems are tested and commissioned on completion, with the relevant documentation provided where required.

We undertake new roofing, repairs and maintenance for flat and pitched roofs. Services include GRP, felt and single ply flat roofing, warm roof construction, rooflights, lanterns, tile and slate replacement, leadwork, fascias, soffits and guttering. We also investigate and repair roof leaks.

We undertake first fix and second fix carpentry throughout residential and commercial properties. This includes timber framing, stud walls, floor and roof structures, stairs, doors, skirting, architraves, fitted storage and bespoke joinery. Existing mouldings and profiles can be matched where required.

We carry out plastering, boarding, repairs, skimming, rendering and complete internal and external decoration. We also install coving, cornices and fire rated boarding where required. Preparation is included as part of the work so the finished surface is properly repaired and ready for decoration.

We install engineered timber, laminate, luxury vinyl tile and carpet, together with ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiling. We also prepare subfloors, install screeds and levelling compounds and complete floor construction associated with underfloor heating systems.

We undertake foundations, excavations, drainage, trenches, soakaways, manholes and other groundworks required for construction projects. External work includes driveways, patios, paths, retaining walls, fencing and steps. Where work involves an existing public drainage or water connection, we can coordinate the necessary requirements with the relevant authority.

We provide planned and reactive property maintenance for homeowners, landlords, managing agents and commercial clients. Typical work includes leaks, damp repairs, cracked plaster, damaged fittings, failed sealant, doors, locks and general property repairs. We take on individual repairs as well as ongoing maintenance work.

We work with landlords, property managers and agents on rented properties and residential blocks. Services include refurbishment between tenancies, repairs, decoration, houses in multiple occupation compliance work, fire doors, fire compartmentation, communal areas and insurance reinstatement. Where required, we can work from an existing schedule of works or dilapidations and provide photographic records of completed work.

Where required, we can help arrange structural calculations, drawings, fire strategy advice and building control coordination through the appropriate consultants. This allows the design, approvals and construction work to be coordinated as part of the same project.
