Castle View Construction Surrey Ltd is a general building contractor working across London and Surrey. We carry out residential and commercial construction, including structural work, refurbishment, electrical work, plumbing, heating, roofing and internal finishes. For larger projects, we manage the different trades and specialist contractors required to complete the work.
How we work.
Our approach is straightforward. We establish the scope of work, agree the programme and manage the project through to completion.
As the main contractor, we coordinate the trades, sequencing, site management and relevant compliance requirements. Clients have one company responsible for managing the construction rather than having to coordinate individual contractors themselves.
Before work begins, we provide a written scope and programme so the work and responsibilities are clear.
We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, agents and commercial clients on projects ranging from repairs and individual improvements to complete property refurbishments and construction projects.

Our office is in Weybridge, Surrey. We work throughout London and Surrey, with selected projects undertaken in surrounding areas. If your property is outside our usual working area, contact us with the location and details of the work.
